Holly Woodward Fee is a development professional with a long history of working in South Africa in HIV and public health. She has managed large US PEPFAR and UK DFID funded HIV care and treatment programmes that have developed best practice and provided technical support and training across all South African provinces. At an organisational level, she has led operations and communications functions, and has developed strategy plans and large change initiatives. She has a significant track record in concept and proposal development and fundraising across a multiplicity of donors and corporate stakeholders.
